Architectural Appearance Commission Meeting
The Architectural Appearance Commission reviewed Full Circle's proposed building elevations. In the same meeting, Full Circle received the Architectural Appearance Commission's unanimous recommendation for the Village Board to approve the exterior appearance, subject to conditions.
February 6, 2025
Plan Commission Meeting
On February 6th, the Village Plan Commission voted to recommend approval of the requested zoning map amendment and variations to the Village Board.
February 24, 2025
Village Board Meeting
On February 24, the Village Board unanimously approved the requested zoning map amendment, variations, exterior appearance, and the redevelopment agreement between Full Circle Communities and Village of Glen Ellyn through the adoption of Ordinances No. 7171 and 7172.
