Meet the Team



Full Circle Communities is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that owns, develops, and manages affordable and supportive housing developments in Illinois, Michigan, and Iowa.

Our mission is to expand access to quality affordable housing through the preservation and development, thoughtful design, and provision of significant and targeted supportive services to our residents and their surrounding communities.

Core to our mission, Full Circle is committed to offering free, voluntary, on-site, and person centered services through returning $0.75 of every $1 earned back into services to empower our residents and help them achieve their goals. Supportive services are delivered through partnerships with service providers and other community organizations.

Full Circle Communities was born from the belief that housing provides the foundation for core aspects of our lives - health, education, family and social relationships, and employment. 

Since its founding in 1999, Full Circle has overseen the design, planning, financing, construction, and operation of over 1,600 housing units in urban, suburban and rural settings. With each of our properties thoughtfully designed to meet the goals of our residents and the local community. Some of our more prominent developments include: 1212 Larkin, Pearl Street Commons, Torrence Place, and Ruth Ellis Clairmount Center.

Association for Individual Development (AID) is a nonprofit, community-based organization whose mission is to empower people with physical, developmental, intellectual and mental health challenges to enjoy lives of dignity and purpose.

With over 60 years of experience, AID offers tailored, consumer-focused programs and services designed to be equitable and inclusive for individuals facing developmental, intellectual, physical, and mental health challenges, those who have experienced trauma, those in immediate or chronic crises, those who are chronically unhoused, and those at risk with the aim to help them overcome personal, behavioral, societal, and environmental barriers to achieve recovery, independence, self-reliance, and live the lives they choose.
